In This Project, we required to create an object of a free-from
sculpture that can be made from any material, with the theme of the sculpture ‘HARMONY’. We free to choose our specific concept that is relevant to
the stipulated theme. The purpose is to improve our ability in applying suitable
elements and principles of design in producing a free-form object.
Dolphins are marine mammals closely related to whales and porpoises. Dolphins are often regarded as one of Earth's most intelligent animals, though it is hard to say just how intelligent.
Dolphin symbolize HARMONY. Most of the dolphin live in group in the ocean. Dolphins are not alone because most of time we will see a large group of dolphin swimming around us. Dolphins have a good interaction between their partner and "friends", so that's why dolphin, which act as symbol of HARMONY, was chosen. Dolphins like peace , showing various types of playful behavior, often including objects, self-made bubble rings, other dolphins or other animals.

The base of the sculpture have two human figure and one pair of dolphin "couple", there is a letter of "H" in it, meaning that interaction of human which indicate HARMONY. One dolphin, individual, no harmony, two dolphin, interaction and live together, Harmony emerged. Harmony is the important key in the living, either animal or human.
When the model inversed in 180 degree, English alphabet will be seen, "JAZ", my nickname, which is read from right to left. I wish to put my name inside the sculpture because I hope and want to be an architect which highlight HARMONY in the future.
